No. Most of our clients come to us precisely because they don’t have AI expertise in-house and don’t want to hire for it. We handle the technical architecture, model selection, integration, and deployment. You need to understand your business well enough to tell us where the problems are — we’ll figure out how AI can solve them.

We’re model-agnostic and platform-agnostic — we choose the right tool for the job rather than pushing a preferred vendor. In practice, that means we work most commonly with OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and open-source models via Hugging Face, depending on the use case, data sensitivity, and cost profile. For automation and workflow tools we use n8n, Make, and Zapier. For vector databases and RAG pipelines we use Pinecone, Weaviate, and Supabase’s pgvector. We’ll always explain our choices.

Carefully — and we discuss it explicitly at the start of every engagement. For organisations with strict data requirements, we can architect AI systems that don’t send data to third-party APIs, using self-hosted or private cloud models instead. Our Private / Sovereign AI service is specifically designed for this. For less sensitive use cases, we work with enterprise API agreements and standard data processing terms. We’ll flag the tradeoffs honestly.
