Core Web Vitals improvement after rebuilding on lean Gutenberg markup
SEO
Scalable indexation, metadata rules defined per content type, and technical foundations that hold up as your site grows. Configured once, governed properly, and editable without a developer ticket.
What we configure
Small SEO problems stay small on a 40-page site. On a 4,000-page site they become structural. These are the five decisions that stop them from compounding.
Every custom post type and taxonomy gets an explicit decision: indexed, or noindex. Tags, author archives and internal utility pages are excluded by default rather than by exception, so the sitemap reflects only content that should compete in search.
Title and description patterns are defined per content type, so new content ships correctly by default and every field stays editable. Open Graph and Twitter Card output is configured once instead of handled post by post.
Clean, readable slugs and explicit hierarchies, with permalink structures appropriate to each custom post type. Deciding this up front avoids the migration that fixes it later.
301s are managed from the admin with tracking, so redesigns and migrations do not leave chains behind. Internal links are updated to point at final destinations instead of relying on redirect hops.
Core Web Vitals are part of the SEO surface, not a separate workstream. We address TTFB, image delivery and deferral of non-critical resources, and we validate on mobile first because that is what gets ranked.
Proof
ThreatModeler, an enterprise threat modeling company, was running on a page builder whose heavy output was dragging down load times and Core Web Vitals. We rebuilt the frontend on lean Gutenberg markup as part of the migration. These are technical SEO outcomes, measured on their platform.

How we work
Technical and content work run through the 40Q Autonomy AI Hub, a single panel inside your WordPress admin. Backlinks do not, on purpose.
Indexation rules, metadata governance, redirect health and Core Web Vitals, configured against one source of truth so new pages ship correctly by default instead of being corrected one at a time.
Structure, briefs, internal linking and taxonomy hygiene, driven from performance data rather than opinion, with editors keeping final say on every suggestion.
The one layer we deliberately do not automate. Deciding which relationships are worth building is human judgment, so we run it as its own workstream instead of treating it as a byproduct.
