Reports Portal
Thousands of reports and years of user data
We migrated Everest’s entire research library from their legacy system, including all reports, taxonomy, user accounts, preferences, and subscription history, into a new WordPress environment.
A modern research delivery experience
We rebuilt the reports portal with Elasticsearch-powered personalized search, and a Salesforce-managed taxonomy that lets the team tag users based on their behavior.
Subscription management rebuilt for flexibility
We migrated Everest’s membership and subscription data, rebuilding the access control system in WordPress. Members now have personalized access to research based on their subscription tier, with entitlements managed through Salesforce.
Marketing Site
Every page, asset, and URL preserved
We migrated the full marketing website, pages, content, media assets, into the same WordPress instance, consolidating years of marketing content into the unified platform.

Real-Time Salesforce Sync
WordPress taxonomy is managed directly in Salesforce, allowing the Everest team to tag users based on their behavior on the site. Data flows both ways, keeping both systems synchronized in real-time.
Personalization Campaign System
Users see research recommendations, event invitations, and membership offers tailored to their interests and engagement history.
Enterprise Single Sign-On
Implemented with Auth0, SSO serves both the Everest internal team and their clients. Team members access administrative tools while clients access their research subscriptions, all through secure, unified authentication.
Intelligent Search with Elasticsearch
Powered by Elasticsearch, results are personalized based on user preferences, past behavior, and subscription level.
Digital Asset Management
With Cloudinary as the DAM backbone, Everest can efficiently manage and deliver the thousands of research documents, images, and media assets that power their business.
